Operation of Wafer Cone Making Machine

1. Brush some oil, like animal oil, vegetable oil, on the surface of molds(upper and lower), which is easier to de-mould.

1. Preheat: Turn on the machine,set the upper and lower mold temperature.

2. The batter is poured into the cavities of the closed lower mold.

3. Operate the upper mold, make the cone cores dipping into the batter.

4. The cones fall into a collecting container below the baking mold.
